Below are the terms and conditions for booking Royal Caribbean international
GUEST NAMES
Passport copy of the guest must be submitted to Ghumakadd at the time of booking. Further it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure the names and date of birth are as per the passport as under security considerations, any variations can result in denied boarding.
PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit amount varies at the time of booking so all the details will be provided by Ghumakadd at the time of booking the cruise which includes deposit and final payment date of the specific cruise guest book.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
A. Payments can be done using Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover and the charges will reflect Ghumakadd or the Conference world.
B. ACH are also acceptable and the wire transfer which incur a fee of 2 percent of the total amount however the terms and conditions and the booking will start from the day of amount received in the account not before.
The ACH OR the wire transfer will be done under the name of The Conference World llc and the bank details will be attached on the email once the booking details are sent .
Please share the proof of deposit on the email where you will receive your booking details.
Cancellation Terms
Again the cancellation Terms may vary depending on cruise lines and time left for sail date so that will be provided at the time of booking by the agent as it depends on how many days before the booking is getting confirmed.
Please note that all guests booked under a non refundable deposit program can change the ship or sail date by paying the service fee of 250 usd before the final payment is due.
Cancellations must be sent in writing on email and on the working day in order for us to take action appropriately.
Payments and cancellation Terms are subject to change without prior notice.
if there will be any refund after cancellation that will be credited to the same form of payment within 10 to 15 business days which was used at the time of booking.
NAME CHANGE POLICY
Name changes are not allowed .
Changes to ship, sail date will incur USD 225 per person change fee plus any applicable difference in price . Bookings created within our refundable deposit program, will not incur any change fees outside of final payment

By paying Ghumakadd you accept all terms and conditions and understand all the terms and if any questions feel free to contact at our toll free number and if paid that means you understood and paid .
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Please familiarize yourself with the required travel documents you will be asked to provide prior to boarding the cruise ship
A valid passport is required for travel. For your protection, we recommend that your passport expiration date does not occur with six (6) months of the sailing termination date.
Visa is the guest responsibility to identify and to obtain the necessary visa before commencing their cruise itinerary. To get the current and up to date visa information the best source will be to connect to the embassy directly . Neither Ghumakadd nor the cruise line can be held responsible for visa procurement and rules and regulations of various countries to be visited on your cruise ship itinerary.
It is the sole responsibility of the guest to identify and obtain all necessary travel documents and have them available when necessary. These appropriate valid travel documents such as passport and visa are required for boarding the ship or entering a country to be visited on their cruise and may be subject to fines. No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring documentation.
GUARANTEE STATEROOM
A guarantee means you are guaranteed the stateroom category of your choice however the stateroom number is allocated at the discretion of the cruise line , any time after the full payment and or upto check in . Please note that your stateroom could be allocated on any deck and may or may not have an obstructed view or be wheelchair accessible. For guests travelling with families, and have booked 2 or more guaranteed staterooms , please be advised that rooms can be allocated on any deck, not necessarily on the same deck or near each other.
THIRD/FOURTH GUESTS
Staterooms allocated in triple and quad occupancy cannot be utilised as doubles. Royal Caribbean international may require that staterooms with the capacity to accommodate three or more guests be fully occupied. RCI reserves the right to move guest to a comparable stateroom with the appropriate number of berths if travel partner books a stateroom with fewer than the maximum number of guest that the stateroom can accommodate or a guest cancellation occurs and the remaining number of guest do not match maximum number of guest stateroom can accommodate.
CRUISE FARE INCLUDES
Shipboard accommodation as reserved and paid for , ocean transportation per itinerary, all meals , some non alcoholic beverage available in vending machines ( including coffee, tea, lemonade and iced tea ) , 24 hours room service* and recreation & entertainment as provided onboard . All guests have unlimited free access to almost all public areas on board the ship .Room service is available onboard any time of the day or night- simply order from the room service menu located in your stateroom or suite. Royal Caribbean has a convenience fee of approx 8 usd per delivery intended to minimize onboard food waste. However, the continental breakfast per menu will be free.
CRUISE FARE DOESN'T INCLUDE
Items of a strictly personal nature such as shore excursions, bar beverages, dining in a speciality restaurant, laundry , phone calls , photographs, medical services, gratuities , casino chips , onboard shopping , or other items not specifically stated as included in cruise fare.
As of November 12 2024 , the automatic service gratuity for those who serves you well are recommended per following guidelines
Gratuity is mandatory depending on the room category per person per day .
Gratuity collected is distributed to crew members including dining , bar and culinary service staff , stateroom attendants,hotel service teams as well as others onboard who work to enhance the overall cruise experience.
DINING INFORMATION
My time dining is convenient and flexible. Simply place a reservation for your desired seating time between the hours of 6 am and 9.30 pm . You can choose a different time each day ,so you can fit dinner around the rest of your onshore and onboard plans.
RESERVATIONS
To ensure quick seating , we encourage guests to place a reservation for each evening , if you are already booked and have chosen a my time dining option you can easily pre reserve specific days and times online. Seating can also be reserved while onboard. Maximum of 10 guests per reservation.
FOOD
Due to public health and safety guidelines, only sealed and commercially prepared snacks can be brought onboard. Raw grocery items and opened packets of snacks are not allowed onboard.
The buffet restaurant onboard offers a wide variety of cuisines including Indian food . In the interest of other passengers and hygiene, it is important not to crowd around the buffet table and use clean hands for service.
SWIM WEAR
In the interest of all passengers and hygiene, it is mandatory to use swim wear in pools / whirpools.Non swimming clothing will not be permitted in these areas.
ITINERARY CHANGES AND DEVIATION
The departure and arrival times are not guaranteed and any part of the itinerary are subject to delays and to port of call cancellation occasioned by weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances and may be changed at any time at cruise lines sold discretion.
AGE POLICY
RCI minimum age to sail unaccompanied on sailing originating in North America is 21 . The minimum age to sail unaccompanied on sailing from South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand is 18.
The company retains the right, on rare occasions , to raise the minimum age to sail unaccompanied on any sailing when local laws require or permit such a modification.
For voyages originating in North America
No guest younger than 21 years will be assigned to a stateroom unless accompanied in the same stateroom by an adult 21 years or older. A guest age is established upon the first date of sail.
This age limit will be waived for children travelling with their parents or guardians in connecting staterooms. For underage married couples and for active duty members of Usa or Canada . Certain other restrictions and restrictions and conditions will apply such as compliance with the age 21 alcohol policy and proof of marriage for underage couples or proof of active duty military status required.
INFANT POLICY
Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise and/or Cruise Tour. HOWEVER: For transatlantic, transpacific, Hawaii,
select South American and other selected cruises and/or Cruise Tours, the infant must be at least 12 months old as of the first day of the cruise/Cruise Tour.
For The purposes of this policy, any cruise that has 3 or more days consecutive at sea will require infants to be 12 months old on the first day of the cruise/Cruise
Tour.
Please be aware that guests travelling with a young infant that does not meet the infant policy will be denied boarding. No refunds or other compensation
shall be due from the cruise line to anyone as a result of the denial of boarding to an underage infant or other accompanying guests.
Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Royal Caribbean International's age policy for gambling and consumption of alcoholic
beverages are as follows: Please note: An individual's age on the date of sailing determines his or her status for their cruise vacation. However, if a guest
celebrates their 21st birthday during the cruise, the guest may thereafter ask the Guest Services Manager to modify the ship's records to permit their consumption
of alcohol during the remainder of the cruise. The guest will be required to appear at Guest Services with his or her parent or guardian and to present a
government issued form of identification to establish that the guest's 21st birthday was celebrated during the cruise.
Minors Not Accompanied by A Legal Guardian
"Adults who are not the parent or Legal Guardian of any minor child travelling with them are required to present the child's valid passport and visa (or certified
copy of the child' s birth certificate) and an original notarized letter signed by at least one of the child' s parents. The notarized letter from the child' s
parent must authorize the travelling adult to take the child on the specific cruise and must authorize the travelling adult to supervise the child and permit
any medical treatment that must be administered to the child. If a non parent adult is a Legal Guardian, the adult must present a certified certificate of
Guardianship with respect to the child."
ALCOHOL POLICY
Effective immediately on all sailings, the minimum drinking age for all alcoholic beverages on Royal Caribbean International is as follows.
❖ The minimum age to consume alcohol on sailings originating in North America is twenty-one (21).
❖ The minimum age to consume alcohol on sailings from South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand is eighteen (18).
❖ The minimum age to consume alcohol at all private destinations remains twenty-one (21) without regard to where the sailing originated.
❖ The Company retains the right, on rare occasions, to raise the minimum age of alcohol consumption on any sailing when local laws require or
permit such a modification.
❖ Guests may bring personal wine and champagne onboard only on boarding day, limited to one (1) 750 ml bottle per person.
❖ When consumed in any public area, each bottle shall be subject to a corkage fee of $15 corkage fee per bottle.
❖ Alcoholic beverages that are purchased in ports of call or from onboard shops will be stored by the ship and delivered to guest staterooms on the
last day of the sailing.
❖ Security may inspect containers (water bottles, soda bottles, mouthwash, luggage etc.) and will dispose of containers holding alcohol.
❖ Royal Caribbean's Guest Conduct Policy may be enforced, up to and including disembarkation, if a guest violates any alcohol policy. Guest Conduct Policy may be enforced, up to and including disembarkation, if a guest violates any alcohol policy. Guests under
the age of 21 will not have alcohol returned to them.
❖ Guests who violate any alcohol policies, (over consume, provide alcohol to people under age 21, demonstrate irresponsible behavior, or
attempt to conceal alcoholic items at security and or luggage check points or any other time), may be disembarked or not allowed to board, at
their own expense, in accordance with our Guest Conduct Policy.
❖ All guests must comply with TSA guidelines for transporting liquids.
❖ Royal Caribbean reserves the right to revoke or otherwise restrict drinking privileges of any guest, regardless of age.
PREGNANCY POLICY
The cruise line will not accept guests who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise or Cruisetour. All guests are required to fill
out a Public Health Questionnaire prior to arrival or at the pier attesting that they are not more than 23 weeks pregnant. A physician's "Fit to Travel" note is
required prior to sailing,stating how far along (in weeks) the guest's pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that the guest is in good
health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.
ONLINE CHECK-IN
When it's time to check in, we recommend you use the Royal Caribbean app to check in all guests on your reservation. The app provides a quick and
easy check-in process so you can start your vacation sooner. Updates include:
❖ Your arrival time at the terminal - a scheduled arrival time at the terminal on your sail date.
❖ The required Health Questionnaire – only available in advance in the app.
❖ Our reimagined Safety Briefing - Simply tap the Safety icon on the homepage to launch the Safety Briefing, whether you're in the terminal or you've
just stepped onboard, to complete the first steps of the Safety Briefing before heading to your assigned Assembly Station. Remember all guests must
complete the Safety Briefing before the ship can sail.
❖ Extended app check in window - Check in using the app until 48 hours prior your sailing time.
We highly recommend completing check in using the app for the easiest, fastest, and complete check-in experience.
Royal Caribbean International requires guests to be checked in no later than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing time. Guests
arriving late will not be permitted to sail.
When you Check-In at the terminal, show your Set Sail Pass in the app to the terminal agent to scan and complete the check-in process. Booking
confirmations & sailings are governed by the cruise lines terms of carriage
