FAQ

FAQ 1. Is cruising a budget-friendly holiday option?

Absolutely. Cruises are one of the best value-for-money vacations available. Your fare usually includes accommodation, transportation, most meals, onboard entertainment, and many activities. Additional expenses may include alcoholic drinks, specialty dining, spa services, or shore excursions—but overall, cruising offers excellent value across all budget ranges.

FAQ 2. What travel documents do I need before boarding a cruise?

All guests must ensure their travel documents are complete and valid before sailing. This includes: A valid passport Required visas for the destinations visited Vaccination or medical certificates if applicable Visa rules vary by nationality and destination, so always confirm with the relevant embassy or consulate. Incomplete documentation can lead to denied boarding without any refund. Passports are often collected onboard for immigration purposes and returned at the end of the cruise.

FAQ 3. I’m travelling solo. Are there any special cabin rates for single travellers?

Cruise pricing is generally calculated on double occupancy. If you prefer a private cabin, you may be charged a single supplement, which is often close to twice the per-person fare. Some sailings may offer limited solo deals, depending on availability.

FAQ 4. Will I experience motion sickness during the cruise?

Modern cruise ships are equipped with advanced stabilisation technology designed to minimise movement. As a result, most guests experience little to no discomfort. Cruise routes are also planned using weather forecasts to avoid rough conditions whenever possible.
